Hello everyone.

I’d like to hear everyone’s experiences with transmission tuning on the 6R80.

I have a Lund tune now and really like the shifting.

However, will be boosted soon (E Force) and am considering both Lund or PBD. Does PBD offer any transmission tuning?

What is everyone’s experience with tuners changing shift firmness, speed of shifts and shift RPM?

Any other tuners out there to consider?

Thanks!

Ran both within the past 18 months. Found both to be good but you don't get any better than Lund. Better shifting, smoother transition at kickdown and Lund provides a superior service after the sale from personal experience on the current 17 I own.

Both PBD and Lund do a great job. Don't mistake my statement. Where I would give Lund 5 stars for tuning with regard to 6R80's I would give PBD 4.5 stars. Its that close.

This is on a 6R80 PD 93 octane setup

I would recommend both, I've used both in the past for tuning on my cars and they both have surpassed my expectations. If you have any questions or concerns with tuning, hit me up and I can help you out. Lethalperformance.com

Thanks for the feedback!

Much appreciated. Certainly there’s more folks out that have had the experiences. Thanks for the info!
