42K miles here... you got me beat!
Non-PP... new tires only recently... Michelin pilot sport a/s this time around.
Only significant issue was the squealing brake rotors that were replaced...
although now that I'm out of warranty my a/c fan has started acting weird...

Second set damn! I'm also at 25k on the original PZeros about 4/32nds left on them. Also no problems other than weather stripping for the trunk.
I don't know how only one person mentioned this before but if you only have black accent, you have P Zero Nero All seasons. Not to be confused with P zero summer tires. People are lucky to get 10-12k out of P zero summers. I have a black accent too and got at least 20K out of my all seasons before getting new wheels and tires. They still had a decent amount of tread left on them too!:headbang:

No clue how you got those miles out of the PZERO's! My first rear tires were shot with 5500 miles on them! Then replaced again at 12K and replaced again at 20K. Shot again at 27K and replaced with NT05R which lasted only 3k! lol. I'm running MPSS on back now...

My front tires lasted until 27k though. I've had no problems with my car and i'm at 35k. I'm very happy with it. Congrats on the mileage!
i'm glad someone else shares this tire shredding machine with me hahah 3 set of rear tires in 13000 miles. and will need a 4th set in like 2000 more miles. misery loves company

You have a cracked intake manifold.

This is a known issue. You might also sense a very slight misfire at low RPMs.
Kudos
You were correct
Intake Manifold is bad and is being replaced under warranty
Thank you for your assistance!

Around 36k here, but will hit 50k fairly soon as I drive around 100 miles a day.

Still on factory Pirelli's. Have had no issues with the car. A/C blows cold, heat blows hot, heat and cooling work in seats well. Turbo seems happy. The only thing I'm worried about is the paint on the car. Ford did an awful paint job on these cars. It's as thin as a sheet in the wind. I have chips and scratches(battle wounds?) but that's part of driving a car.
