5 years next week

Next week I will have had my car 5 years so I had it detailed for the first time today and it looks new again.
I still get a kick from driving this car and for anybody considering buying one I can solidly recommend it.
Only issues have been 1) steering wheel needed replacing 2) Pony projection needed replacing 3) oil smear from front of block (common amongst first year imports). I have done about 85K. I get it serviced by the local performance workshop. It's on its third set of tyres (Coopers were good for 60K but they don't bring them here anymore.)

Congratulations! I also notice you have just past 6 years of belonging to the forum. You must have been one of the first Australian members. It would have been extra exciting back then, it was still exciting when I joined in 2016. Those were the days...

I suppose you have seen a lot of people come and go in that time. Many seem to disappear the moment their car arrives, from my experience.
