Simple question. Will a 275/40/19 on a 19x10 +40 fit up front on a mustang lowered on Steeda progressive sport springs?

I currently run 275/40/19s on 19x9.5 +39 with a 5mm spacer up front with no issues, but it looks super close to me so I'm nervous as to if the 19x10 +40 will rub.

Anybody have experience with this setup? Thanks in advance.

Normal fitment. You should be fine.

Some reports of slight contact full droop with the tires (usually with 285/35 tires), but won't rub at ride heights. Lots of 19x10 ET40 wheels out there on the front of S550 mustangs.

Thanks. I was sure they'd fit a stock suspension s550, but was pretty nervous about fitment with my lowered stance.

Similar question...
On steeda progressives, extra weight of a blower up front...
Would 275/40/19 michelin as 3+ fit on 19x9+ 35 ET...
I think it will be close, but rather not worry about rubbing.. especially after I install camber bolts to bring my -2.5 camber closer to -1.5

I run 275/40/19 on 19x9.5 +40 ET all round
no rubbing and there is still decent amount of space from strut...think even 285/35/19 would fit with my wheels without needing spacers

this is from test fitment (so full droop) with winter setup Hankook W330 WINTER ICEPT EVO3
stock PP1 suspension, stock alignment
