What do you torque the 20mm spacers to?

I torqued the 25mm spacers to 120 and the wheels to 150 per the CJ PonyParts install video.

Anyone know if you need to trim the lugs of the non-pp 19's when using 20mm spacers? About to order them and some BMR SP080 springs.

I'd like to run a 285 or a 295 on my PP wheels (rear only). With 20mm spacers would this work, with say a BMR performance spring? Also, I wonder if a 25mm would work. I know that some negative camber will be introduced, but I'd just like to see what's what. I'm fairly certain that the 20mm would work.

Well these are the instructions for the ebay 20mm spacers right off their ebay ad.


Professional installation recommended

We recommed getting these adapters installed by a trained professional, but it is not necessary.


Make sure you get 5-7 turns before tightening

Must be torqued down at 90 Lb/Ft


The back of the adapter must sit flush against the vehicles hub

No gap in between the adapter and hub. Center the Adapter.


The 20 lug nuts included will be used to mount the adapters.

You will then use your existing lug nuts to mount you wheels on to the adapters. Please make sure your torque them down to atleast 90 Lb/Ft


Vehicles studs cannot pass the face of the adapter

If the studs do pass the face of the adapter, you will need to grind/cut them shorter.

I'm getting my BMR Performance Springs and Cradle Bushing lockout kit installed today. I'm going to see how the 25's look before we cut the lugs and run the 20's.

Nice. So you aren't running any up front? Just the 25mm in the back? Thats an interesting thought.

Yes, I understand that, and it is no problem. Not what I was asking though. Question was more about tire fitting.

I'm going to put them on the front this weekend. I let someone borrow my low profile jack and couldn't get my "higher" jack under the front of the car. Ha! Loaning tools out, great idea.

Got all the parts on. I'll drive it and let it settle before I post Picts. I love the stance but still thinking about running the 20mm ones on the rear.

Looks like some cars are more exaggerated with rears sticking out. I have 25s all around it doesn't seem nearly as bad on my car. 3mm would have them perfectly flush.

They got a little bit more tucked in there. I still think I'm going to try running 20's in the back though.

I think 20mm rear would be perfect but didnt want to cut my bolts to fit them. Im running 25mm all around with a drop and it looks really good when you look at the car from the front. When you look at it from some angles from the back of the car it can look a little awkward and sticking out too much.
