Ive been running 285/35 square on a 20x10 ET35 for a few months now. I dont get any rub when turning. The only rub i get is on big bumps, the tire will rub the inside of the fender. I could tweak the camber a bit more and probably fix it completely.
@BmacIL Thanks. I just cancelled my alignment appt and ordered the camber bolts. Better safe than sorry. Camber plates are out of the question since i just dropped a pretty penny on the new wheels and tires. My gut tells me that my drivers side camber is a bit more positive than 1.5...
@TheLion Im not running a setup from AM. I am running 20x10 square ET35 with 285/35's for tires. I have noticed that with a good bump in the road, I am getting rub on the fender lip. I think part of this currently is due to the toe being out due to a previously bad alignment. Just trying...
Glad this thread came up. I am about to go get my car aligned tomorrow. I am running SP080's as well and just got new wheels and tires. I have been debating if i will need to get camber bolts to be able to get these numbers. Seems like some say yes and some no. Should i be shooting for more...
Posted this elsewhere and forgot to post here. Got new wheels and tires. Also painted the calipers with the G2 Ruby Red kit and painted the rotor hats black.
Got my new wheels - Stance SF07's in 20x10 squared, wrapped in 285/35 Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3+. While waiting for their deliver I painted my calipers with the G2 Ruby Red kit and also painted the rotor hats black.
