I heard back from Anthony. Evidently they have no record of me buying the car so I need to provide the sales order, chassy number, etc.. I am out of town for a few weeks so I'll have to wait a bit longer. He said the dealer should have submitted something.

I just got mine today as well. Ordered in November, car came in January 3rd, number 0043!
Did you know that it’s only 1 lady who puts all those kits together and send them out? She is really nice. I had to show proof that I purchased my car because the Dealer, for some reason never reported the sale to Ford.

I bought mine in June so probably a month away.

I talked to Ford Performance (800-367-3788, opt 1) they said I was #2 on the list to be shipped out, either this week or next.

Purchased on July 19th.
Chassis 0037.

So Granger fulfilled whatever their part is in this process.

FYI…I also checked with Ford Performance - seems they had issues with some of the chassis badges and had to reorder… was told, “a large volume had to be reordered“, and they expected them in a month or so… I was one of the lucky ones in this volume. Mine was bought May 1, chassis P1786.

At least it seems my dealership did things right on their end.

Yes, the Dealer is absolutely supposed to send them something. If you have your insurance card with you, take a photo of that and login to your FordPass and take a screenshot showing your name and the VIN. That’s what I ended up doing and they accepted that. Plus you don’t have to wait until you get back.
