I was wondering if anyone has upgraded their exhaust manifolds to a more aggressive/free flowing manifolds but keeping the stock exhaust system, Any recommendations appreciated Thanks

I dont think you can upgrade the manifolds without messing with the cats. Either high flow or green cats OR no cats when change the manifold to a better flow.
Several of us have swapped out to headers with and without cats.

I have the stock exhaust with Kooks long tubes and green cats. the sound is phenominal!

What's your budget/planned spending? Plan on running e85? Are you going catless?

Most headers will have a restriction so they can connect to the factory exhaust. Those questions above are what you need to worry about.

Unless you are going forced induction, the cost and difficulty of installation are prohibitive. You might gain 10HP.
