The other dealer said they would have more info for me on 3/8.

Finally got the call from my dealer here to submit my order ASAP. Got a copy of the order and priority is listed as 01. Super excited!! Now to just wait for a VIN. The order code has it listed as unscheduled-clean.

I had put in the order with the dealer in November last year. I got a call last week from the dealer saying that Ford Canada had contacted them to submit the order. I'm assuming that means they were given an allocation. The order preview sheet I was sent has a priority code of 01. Not sure if my cancelled 2021 Mach 1 had anything to do with it.

There are some on autotrader as dealer orders which have VINS. Pure insanity that Ford is putting dealership orders ahead of customer orders.

Those are most likely ‘21 orders that were cancelled by Ford and a ‘bonus’ ‘22 the dealer is receiving in compensation. My order is the first and only customer retail order and they’re getting a Code Orange ‘22 that already has a VIN. My GM said Ford gave him this ‘22 for the cancelled ‘21 order and he could only accept or decline the car. It will not count toward his allocation for this year or eliminate my order.

Just for reference, my 21 was ordered in July, wasn't built until November. Keep in mind orders are spread across the entire production year.
