Or maybe 1000 of them were stored in a time capsule for the future generations?Went to folks who don't post on forums!
That’s what I’ve been saying all along. The chassis numbers are inaccurate because of what was exported. Sure, there may be car number 5xxx out there but there may only be 3500 in the U.S. if 1500 went to the UK, Spain, Germany, etc.We just don’t know yet.I know a batch of mid to late 4000 came to the UK
1500 for the UK, we wish we are capped to around 300 - Only main dealers here got an allocation of 3. So far for MY 21 & 22 we have 208 in the country, probably some more this includes the 56 M1 brand new for sale. That’s what I’ve been saying all along. Yeah, I'd guess they have bags of 100 badges or so, individually packages so they are not scratched. But that's still pretty reliable to tell. 6xxx seems weird when previous max was 5xxx.I imagine they have a batch of #s in a bin for each given production week and just reach into that bin of badges and slap it onto the car.
This won't be available for years. Kevin Marti said he's not going to even try at this point. GT350 owners are still waiting and we know how long those have been around.Anyone know production numbers for the 2022 M1's yet?
In this modern computer age, if Ford were a company with even a little bit of competence, they would be able to print out the complete take rates on all the different colors, options and packages in a key strokes. This won't be available for years.
