i just took deliv. on 2021 mustang premium gt. it does not have the magna ride shocks. i noticed the ride to be too stiff for me and my wife. i would like to make the car more comfortable. would changing shocks solve this issue? if so does anyone know what shock and part number would work?
thanks!

I second that. My tires were filled up to 45 psi when I got mine. Felt like driving on rocks

ok good idea.
just checked tire pressures. 3 tires were at 35.5 psi. fourth tire was 38 psi. i lowered all of them to 32psi. hope the tire pressure monitor system does not turn on at this pressure.
thanks both of you for your reply!

Check your door panel. Pretty sure 32 is what it should be.

This will help a bunch. Costly approaches are softer tires/higher sidewall tires or shocks and struts — adjustables would be best and set the rebound to full soft (Steeda’s are a good choice).

Just into a GT PP1 from a V6. GT is firmer, but the seat is way more comfortable. Overall the feel is excellent. May depend on roads your way. Ours here are decent. If tire presssure didnt do it, dropping to 17" wheels with the same circumference as your current tires will make a big diference. Higher sidewalls softer. If you go that route - Michelin Ps4-AS for tires. 235/55/17 eg.
