To summarize; NOI would bet the zl1 and 1le will give it a run on the track, but we all know it will loose at the strip. The GT500 is more setup for that.

What data do you have that backs that up? The track result from the Track gt500 was only a little over 2 sec quicker then the 350r. The 1le has had bigger gaps on the R.To summarize; NO
Huh? When did they run the GT500 against the GT350R?What data do you have that backs that up? The track result from the Track gt500 was only a little over 2 sec quicker then the 350r. The 1le has had bigger gaps on the R.
If you look at Chuckwallas track times, Randy did a 1.57:87 with the 350r. Oblivious a different day, but same track and driver.Huh? When did they run the GT500 against the GT350R?
Yeah, I wouldn't take those 2 seconds as Gospel. Different days can mean a several second difference. If you look at Chuckwallas track times, Randy did a 1.57:87 with the 350r. Oblivious a different day, but same track and driver.
The C8 and gt500 were different days and no one seems to have a problem saying the gt500 beats the C8.Yeah, I wouldn't take those 2 seconds as Gospel. Different days can mean a several second difference.
Why don't you go back and read my posts. I don't disagree with you on this....and hate the fact that the whole article was made to look like it was a head to head match-up.But they can run the c8 vs 500 on different days and it’s the gospel. Oh ok. Great point
I predict you won't find one for a while.Has anyone found a 2020 car under $100k that can beat the GT500 on a strip and track yet?

And nothing but the truth so help me......Well at least you are spelling out the truth
I love litmus tests to prove how people think. Re-read the question, then get back to me with a yes or no answerWhat data do you have that backs that up? The track result from the Track gt500 was only a little over 2 sec quicker then the 350r. The 1le has had bigger gaps on the R.
Man, you are all over the place. Have no clue where your going. If you have the answer, why ask a question? There has only been two comparison with the gt500! So anything after that is a guess. So unless you can show some other data, it’s all speculation.I love litmus tests to prove how people think. Re-read the question, then get back to me with a yes or no answer
negative. It’s actually lame. But they can run the c8 vs 500 on different days and it’s the gospel. Oh ok. Great point
Problem with that is the driver mod. With 2 different drivers and not knowing who is better. In my off road racing days, the pro class had about 25 racers. There were few always on top, then few who were always on bottom, but they were all considered pros. So same driver is needed also.negative. It’s actually lame.
Should be same at same track same driver. And the driver.
The GT500 has more in it than Randy showed. It should have posted a good amount more time between it and the c8.
Either weather was bad, Randy had feet cramps the day he drove the 500, or something less honorable, but we all have said same day forever. Some of the biased pubs don’t want to put that together though.
but I’ve a better idea take both cars to the same track one day. Let Randy drive his c8. Let billy j. Drive the500.
bring tissues.
