Read through the 2020 Ford Performance catalog.
1) New Gen 3 Aluminator engines available.
Do they use the Predator Block?
Do they use direct injection?

2) No 2018+ Power Packs. Looks like they will never be available.

Cheers,

The catalog states direct and Port injection.
Does the predator block come in any variant other than 5.2?

I spoke with FPR and they said they had to redesign the PP for 2018+. I have a feeling CARB came back with some dumb requirement to pass it. So I wouldn't blame Ford, California seems to be the culprit.

Anything significantly different between Gen 2 and Gen 3 aside from fuel injection?

The gen 3 aluminator is based on the Gen 3 coyote....

its the same PTWA block, same heads, same rods, same compression....
https://performanceparts.ford.com/part/M-6007-M50C

So, even if nothing else, it has a higher compression, and a larger bore than the Gen 2...

I'm not sure if you are mocking or genuinely surprised. Thanks for the link though, all I could find was Gen II stuff and a link to the Gen 3 5.2L block.

Edit: The link is for the Gen3 Coyote. I'm looking for the Gen3 Aluminator.

Why are some folks so hell bent on being self righteous. If it is difficult to post it link, it should be difficult to post a response. Why is this a difficult concept for people? I searched and only found Gen II Aluminators. I even checked Ford NXT to see if they had some news, did a search on Ford Performance Parts, as well as a generic web search.

Pete's sake man.

So we're going on the third model year since the refresh and people are still waiting on power packs? Lol. Just get a Lund or Palm Beach tune, geez.
