Awesome. Mine still has an EDD of 7/22, but I was beginning to wonder if it could make it here on time since it still hasn't shipped. I still have hope of getting it before my birthday on 7/26!

Did COTUS update for you, or did you only find that out through chat?
COTUS is showing 7/16 EDD but finding out where the car is came through Ford Performance. Hope your birthday wish comes true! :)

Ford Perf Chat just confirmed rail car delay for mine so it's sitting there collecting dust. My understanding is that Flat Rock is notorious for rail shipping delays that are mostly to blame on either CSX or UP. The saga continues!

Well, don't know what to think now. Checked COTUS again, and car now shows Awaiting shipment, with a blank EDD. The other Bullitt that appeared to be shipped along with mine also shows the same thing. So was it actually shipped on June 30th EDD 08/04, or "just kidding".

Is it possible it was shipped and COTUS is just a bit screwed right now....

I'll probably check with my dealer next week and see what info they have.

Probably should just stop checking COTUS.
Well, COTUS changed back to "In Transit", with the same EDD of 08/04. :) 25 days and counting.

Getting closer....per Ford Performance Chat:

"vehicle is in transit in Winnemuc, Nevada by rail. ETA is 7/12-7/18"
Guess we didn’t get on the same train. Mine is coming to the Bay Area too but has been sitting “released awaiting shipment” since 6/29 with an EDD of 7/30-8/5. Frustrating to say the least.

I’m in the same spot. Car finished 6/28. Just sitting there collecting dust. EDD changed from 7/15-7/21 to 7/30-8/5 according to Ford Performance. So a two week delay for what? Also noticed the level of detail you get from Ford Performance is really dependent on who you talk to.

Your dealer should be able to provide you with the best information. I was able to get the rail carrier and rail car number from them. They have the information assuming they know how to look it up. The rail cars have a tracking system that updates as it travels through different locales along the way.

My 2019 came in on Friday. Today I went in and drove it to fill it up with gas with the sales rep. They need it for a couple days for the interior protection and to install rust inhibitor. Pick it up Thurs, 9am, then straight over to a detail shop that'll put on the 3M clear wrap and ceramic coating.

First impression, was wow. Love it. I like the rev match, so I can be lazy but yet enjoy the MT. Hadn't tried out the B&O.

Well, there is the 2 week shutdown at Flat Rock, so if your car didn't get loaded on a train before 7/2 (which is a Monday, so likely by EOD (End-Of-Day) Friday, 6/29), then you are unlucky to be caught by the shutdown, as there is no one to load it on the rail car.
Just a thought...

Ford performance chat told me they would continue loading and shipping during the shutdown, but they have given bad info before.

I saw where the Mustang's were shut down for 2 weeks but the continental was only a 1 week shut down. Ford is also scheduling Mustangs for Build week of 9/3 this week (7/9 Week).

That info is correct, cars are still shipping. This is why Bullitts were shipping and arriving last week.

Yeah. I wondered if I had got caught up in that. Ford Performance did tell me that as of 6/29 my car was “released awaiting shipment” and the paperwork had been submitted to the carrier. That was over a week ago and no movement.

You may want to consider XPEL over the 3M. Everything I have read is that it is better.

My Dealer just told me that Ford told them there is a rail car shortage.

Ford perf chat says anywhere between Wednesday this week and Tuesday next week. Dealer confirms it's off the rails, just waiting for the truck to pick it up and take it to my dealer from Kansas.

Down to the wire!
