I have a 2019 GT and am trying to enter test mode to see the GT theme. I don't have an ejecy button and have tried different ways following videos to enter this test mode but can't seem to get it. How does one enter test mode on a 2019 digital dash?

I thought forscan was to modify it permanently but test mode was built in. I found the way to do it on prior models but not the 19 with DD

I think it’s called engineering mode. I’m 99% sure it’s still available with the digital dash but cannot for the life of me remember how to enter it. You have to hold a button down on the steering wheel when starting the car.

Version 3.3 , I have the stero EQ button where the eject is as I don't have a CD player. I've tried to hold it along with the skip forward but it doesn't do anything.

Once in test mode, you will be able to set any of the available animations in your sync version. But will revert back the next time you start your car. As others have mentioned, With Forscan you will be able to set it up permanently. I had changed from the pony animation to the Ford GT animation when I got my Bullitt. I have since changed it to the EVO(GT500) one. Sync 3.3 Ford-EVO Startup / Shutdown Animation

From another thread.

I got my 2018 to work before. Here is how I did it:
Turn on the key but do not start the car. (press "Start button")
Put the display in the mode where it is blank.
Hold the "OK" key and start the car.
When the "Engineering Test Mode" shows up release the "OK" button.
Use the up/down arrows until the AFE Bias shows up.
Press the "OK" key and then use the up/down buttons to adjust the Bias.
When you have what you want then hit the "OK" button to save it and you're done.
That is what I remember. If it doesn't work, don't shoot me. I'm just the messenger.
