Hi.
I tried holding Ok button on the steering wheel (Right one) and turning ignition. But it doesn't turn on this mode. Am I doing something wrong?

From the Ford service manual: "To enter the IPC engineering test mode or dealer test mode, begin with the ignition OFF. Close all doors and luggage compartment then press and hold the RH steering wheel switch OK button. Place the ignition ON and continue to hold the button for 5-8 seconds until an ET RTT appears at the bottom of the main message center display (analog IPC) or in the rotating RTT display (lower RH side) (digital IPC). Press the up or down arrow buttons to navigate through each of the display windows. To exit the IPC dealer test mode, press and hold the OK button for 5-8 seconds or place the ignition in OFF. Each down arrow button press advances the viewing window to the next set of items."

Here ya go, it should still be applicable to all 2018+ S550’s with the Digital Dash:

If a 2018/19 owner with Digital Dash cluster needs to access the “Engineering Test Mode”, credit goes out to M6G member 7thStreetJim who has posted info on how access the Engineering Test Mode:

Thank you @Cobra Jet

Here is quote of @7thStreetJim for anyone who lands in this thread looking for answer:

I got my 2018 to work before. Here is how I did it:
Turn on the key but do not start the car. (press "Start button")
Put the display in the mode where it is blank.
Hold the "OK" key and start the car.
When the "Engineering Test Mode" shows up release the "OK" button.
Use the up/down arrows until the AFE Bias shows up.
Press the "OK" key and then use the up/down buttons to adjust the Bias.
When you have what you want then hit the "OK" button to save it and you're done.
That is what I remember. If it doesn't work, don't shoot me. I'm just the messenger.
