2018 Roush Recall

Prepare to have a lot of problems till Roush gets there shit together. I have a 15 gt with Roush phase 1 and 1st year Roush had to do 3 different calibrations on my pcm to make it work right. With the torque management crap

I called Roush this morning and was told they are having a meeting with the rail supplier at 1pm today. After that meeting, they should have a firm timeline of when they will be getting the replacement parts and when they should be going out. I plan to call later today and will update if better info is given then.

Supposedly the new rails will be at Roush on Wednesday and shipped next day air on Thursday.

You received the same information this morning. Just talked with them less than an hour ago . Parts will start shipping Wednesday or Thursday. All people with down cars first then dealership cars then superchargers sitting on shelves

I’m not sure if everyone is getting jerked around by Roush, but I know that my dealer and I certainly are. I’ve been told twice when the parts were to arrive and neither time it happened. As of today, they still havent been recieved. In fact Roush failed to even send a tracking number after it was requested this morning. Which I can only assume means the parts in fact have not shipped. Telling customers whats they want to hear instead of what’s actually happening is a poor policy in my opinion. As of Monday, I will have been down for 4 weeks. This is getting ridiculous!
