Hi [MENTION=32809]lightningBlue[/MENTION] ...Yes mine is in COTUS, I think it took about 10 days for me to see it. Once I had the VIN then I could see it. Think that was just due to how my dealership did the order.

I think it was a dealer inventory order. The order number and dealer code pulled up a completely different vehicle at first. It now pulls up another vehicle if searching by order number and dealer code. Searching by the VIN however shows my car.

Wow I changed from Awaiting Shipment on the 9th to now In Transit. Delivery date got moved up from 2/5 to 1/27. Only 2 more agonizing weeks

I placed an order on December 20th for a 2018 GT. I still havent cannot log into COTUS and dont have a VIN. How long should I expect to get the VIN, and how long should I expect for the car to be delivered

I waited 18 days short of 6 months! I hope your wait is short!

I went to the dealer on 12/3 and by 12/8 my sales guy sent me the VIN. I was able to see the car on COTUS within a few days after that. My updated delivery date is 1/27 so the whole process will have taken about 8 weeks.

Hey everyone, I ordered mine on 11/19 and the dealer assigned it code 10. Cotus shows EDD of 1/30/18. After placing the order, the status was stuck on In Process until 1/3/18 when it moved to In Production. I still do not see a window sticker though. Fingers crossed.

Your case is probably similar to mine. The dealer doesn't use unique order #s so using the order number and dealer code in COTUS pulls up different vehicles. I also have to wait for a VIN number to use COTUS. Right now my order number and dealer code are pulling up a F250.

My dealer did the same thing with me. I didn't get to look up my car until the dealer gave me my VIN (which I had to go by and threaten to cancel my order.)

Ordered 7/28/17.. My EDD is 1/14/18 (this Sunday).. My dealer hasn't heard anything from the factory on where the car is at, other than it was finished 1/4.

I ordered mine the same day! Like you, no response on COTUS yet except "A matching vehicle could not be determined. Please contact your dealer to get status updated about your order." or "No matching vehicle found. Please verify your input and try again." It seems to bounce back and forth between the two responses.

Dealer said that due to the end of year factory shutdown + the date of the order = late February or even March delivery, primarily because everything for January assembly had already been scheduled from earlier submitted orders............

Like I said before, I ordered 12/5 and am still not on COTUS. You shouldn't hold your breath.

Ford hasn't assigned VINs this past three weeks (no VINs assigned today either) due to Holidays and "clean-up" whatever that is.
