I am curious..for everyone who has an S550 already and is so excited for the new 10 speed, are you all currently A6 owners? I wonder how many manual people are making the jump.

68C Carbon Sport pkg could be similar to
The Carbon Fiber Package is available on F-150 Raptor.

Includes:
• Unique carbon-fiber:
– Shift knob
– Dash Appliqué
– Door Appliqué
– Media Bin Door
According to the Jalopnik's link posted earlier, the carbon fiber is real. Worth to mention also is the paddle shifters are made from magnesium.

No one knows, Q2 '17 most likely.
That would seem most plausible to me. If they want to make good sales, get it out right around Spring time.

So it's now confirmed that Avalanche Grey will end with the 2017 GT350?

Dual-mode exhaust is going to be a very popular option. They sound really fantastic with the V8.
The guy that's been taking the spy shots around Dearborn has been saying it sounds fantastic too. I asked him to please take a video next time he sees one so we can all hear it lol.

I think I'd rather put the money towards a good aftermarket exhaust system than opt for the dual mode exhaust, but that's just me. Probably an expensive option and just another thing to go wrong since its electronically controlled.

I agree with this now that I have Corsa. I used to want the dual mode, but the Sport isn't bad on start up, and fairly quiet when you want.

I would have the automatic right now if it was offered with performance package. I don't give a damn about ten speeds. I'll consider buying a late 18 or a 19 if offered with PP.

I would have agreed with you but having to drop another $2500cnd for a corsa cat back kind of sucks when you just forked over a bunch of money for a new car. The camaro has a $900cnd dual mode option and that gets rolled into your payments. Not to mention having the ability to quietly leave the house in the morning is a nice bonus.

If the GT has this option for a similar price point I almost certainly will be checking that box!!
