Does the '18 go back to a MFS that is detented?
No, it does not have a detent. Our new 2018 SCCM/clockspring/MFS housing have the EXACT same MFS as our old ones.

Tasca only ships items together as one unit so if you want them to ship separately you have to cancel the back ordered items. They probably already have your cluster and bezel in but won't ship until the SCCM and buttons come in.
That is exactly what I did last week.. lol

I canceled the two items and actually order them separately (both the cluster and the bezel) from the SCCM and buttons that are on backorder.

So I currently have three separate orders with them. The bezel, then the cluster and lastly the SCCM and buttons. When I called last week that is what they suggested to do was cancel the items and reorder them so they would go ahead and ship separately.

So I spoke to them in the phone.. the digital cluster is in and said it should go out within 24 hours. Not sure on the bezel, as he said he would have to reorder it from Ford and would make sure it would go out in the next 2 days. The SCCM and buttons are still showing on backorder, but he didn't give me dates or eta.

Call them today and ask!

Edit: Looks like you edited your post and says you spoke to them today. Good!

Any chance someone wants to post the entire IPC ABD? My source is trying to track down the issue and would like to see full IPC ABD that people are currently using.

Ok, got the NON heated steering wheel SCCM from breeves002 today and installed it, and did necessary SCCM asbuilt data input. Well the cluster is in all its glory just like you've seen from any stock or those that have completed this. It's awesome

Yes, the brights do not stay on; they just flash whether you push forward or pull back and the icon lights in the dash at those moments. This is still being hashed out.

Something weird is that I'm able to see all my gauges via scrolling the down arrow on the steering wheel but I don't have the digital line display. This is the opposite for breeves002. He only gets the gauges he chooses and doesn't scroll through the rest but he does have the digital line display. I also have an oil temp gauge and he doesn't. We, well he, is trying to figure out why that is.

Also, since I am boosted, I was able to code the vacuum gauge to have a boost display in it now and I can confirm it works.

My HEATED steering wheel SCCM arrives Monday and I'll be changing over to that and trying to get heat to the steering wheel. We'll see how that goes.

Here are some pics. I do have differential temp also but I unchecked it so it's not in any of the pics.

If I hold the lever in on my high beams, they will stay on either way I do the lever, they don't just Flash and go off

720-09-01 xxxx XXxx xxxx

Try messing with this value... try 11, 13, 01, 03, 05, 09, 0B, 0D.

That is the spot for Highbeam Source and Auto High Beam Source

I am going to bet the 05 and 03 are one of the ones you want.

03 = BCM High Beam and IPMA Auto High Beam
05 = BCM High Beam and SCCM Auto High Beam

There is so much in the as-built of this new cluster, it isn't even funny lol... puts the older High level style clusters used in the Lincolns and come high end fords to shame lol. I want one of these Mustang ones.

Dan, thanks for the tips. Thats what I found originally when trying to get the high beam icon to show up. The icon works just fine with 01, however the issue is the high beams themselves dont stay on. As far as I know the IPC doesn't command the high beams. The SCCM tells the BCM that we want the high beams on and the BCM (or maybe SCCM) tells the IPC that the high beams are on.

This looks interesting too: Speedometer Style

Curious if it shows any differences.

where are you getting all this information and can you post (or PM) it?

Any ideas on the gauges not showing correctly? My ABD is identical to db252's. Could it be later software rev?
p6cl do you have gauges like mine where it only shows the "my gauges" then if you hit the down arrow it shows the text list of gauges? Or do you have it like davids pictured above?

These values seem to do nothing. Default is 0. Speedo is the same though I am sitting still.

Sherrodmustang - Apologies but it is already committed to a friends car. That part was jumped on rather quickly.
