No way, look at the supports at the major and minor thrust sides. The sides of the bore don't matter nearly as much. Looks like it has mounting pads for 4 knock sensors?
It looks a lot like the 6.2 block and if those blocks fail, they fail between the voids by the head studs IIRC. Hopefully, that won't be the case here.
