I have this problem. Ford said it was the cables that control the actuator that needs to be replaced. Look for signs of damage or corrosion on the wires. If its not that then the actuator spring may have broken and needs to be replaced.

I have the Lund 93 tune with CAI, LTH 10A. I don't like the way the car is shifting and reached out to Lund. Rep told me that they do not touch the transmission with the tune. IS this true?

Interesting, so you didnt notice a big difference going from e85 to 93? Why did you go back to 93? I just notice that it might shift a little different. I bought the car a while ago and didn't like the e85 shifting patterns. Also not much e85 around here.

I have LTH, X-pipe, CAI and just switched from e85 to 93 Lund racing tune. I can't say it has much better low-end power but just for street driving feels a little less jerky and the fuel consumption is noticeably slower than e85.
