Just took delivery on a Lightning blue R 2 weeks ago. The height of the body over the tires seems quite high compared to pictures I've observed. I looked at the front springs and noticed that the car were shipped with spring spacers and were not removed by the dealer upon their predelivery. I had the same situation with a Porsche GT3. I will take it in and have them removed however, I don't believe this will impact the height as it pertains to lowering to gap that I'm referring to. The fenders seem to be a good 2 1/2 inches above the tires, front as well as back. Is this normal? If it is, it aesthetically looks way too high. Also, as stated photos seem to support a more lowered look.

pull the spacers and let it settle.

If you really want a lowered look, toss on a set of GT350 sized SuperSports as they are a bit taller.

There are spacers in the front and rear. Make sure they are removed and the car will settle at the correct height.

They may need to recalibrate if you drove with the spacers on. Im not sure...maybe that will help. Congrats on the R! Any pics? Did you get it local?

yes, check for spacers, and if bought local take it back for calibration. So many people for so long rode around with spacers installed. You will find a much better ride once they are removed and the suspension is recalibrated.

I have an R and a tech and the spacers are all out.... The R is 1" lower in front but the tires don't "fill" the wheelwells quite like the tech's do..... Just the profile of the R tires.... :)
