2017 Mustang Orders Placed Thread (Vote/Share Here)

Since many of us will be getting our cars soon, maybe we should come up with an inspection checklist for delivery. Include everything to look for with any issues anyone has had regardless of miles on the car to this day, from well known ones to one off odd ball things. Even maybe obvious things to check like the oil that we may forget in the excitement of picking up our long awaited ponies.

A comprehensive list going over everything from checking panel fitment, checking all electronics, stuff under the car, test drive, etc.

I, and I'm sure everyone else here, would hate to find an issue a week after taking delivery, only to have the dealer blame you since you've already been driving it.

12016727 is the blend number, so that confirms my build date.

However I noticed that it shows the Performance Pack as being $2,995. However the price we agreed on and I have in writing has it at $2,495. They are gonna have a real pleasant time with me if they try upping the price from what we originally agreed on. :lol:

Just got my sticker today too. Seems like my build date slipped to 7/28 and today is 1 week out so it showed up today.

My sticker also reflects the price increase on the PP that differs from my order price.

Is the order tracking site working for anyone else? I know I got my DORA yesterday, but I can't log on with the order/dealer code I have. Did anyone have to wait a couple days before it worked?

My dora shows a lower price as well for the PP.

I have a VIN but it still doesn't work. Check the window sticker site. I just got my window sticker.

I'll have to try mine again. Deysha said it might not work in my area of the country.

Thanks to Deysha at FordService, I was able to get my VIN and find out my car was scheduled today as well! I should get my build week next week!! :ford:

Ordered mine on 5/9 and picked it up yesterday on 7/20

I got mine(s). I had the dealership changed the exhaust to the Ford Racing Sport for the GT and Eco Boost. I have a set of FS01s coming for the GT then putting the GT PP wheels on the Eco Boost. Also got some black stripes for hers and white for mine but the other mods are going to have to wait until after the house is built.

Very nice. I wish I could afford his and her mustangs and a house. You must have been saving for a long time, make good money, hit the lottery, or just in debt to your eyeballs haha. Congratulations though. When did you place the orders?

I just put myself in a good position to buy two new cars. I haven't had a new car since 2000 and was overdue. The wife's lease was up and also needed a new car. I placed the orders on 4/20/16
