I placed my order on 5/28 and just got my Vin today. So little less than a month. What is your priority number on your DORA?Place my order for a 2017 grabber blue gt premium with the performance package on 6/10 but didn't get placed until 6/13, any one knows how long does it take to actually get a Vin # still haven't got mine
Not sure what is my priority number I'm going to have to find outI placed my order on 5/28 and just got my Vin today. So little less than a month. What is your priority number on your DORA?
I know you were able to track the 2016's with COTUS but it is not working for the 17's?
I called my dealer today and he was the one who gave me the info as well. I also got the DORA the day I ordered the car.Ordered Saturday 6/11
Received VIN Monday 6/20
Received projected build date of 7/25 today
So that's 6 weeks order to build. Cotus doesn't work for me, dealership provided all info.
I was able to get a little over $3,000 off of msrp on gt fastback premium 6m, pp, 401a, nav, stripes, reverse sensing. Additionally, I was able to get the ford rebate and negotiate free installation of the ford racing roush phase 1 supercharger. They actually ended up ordering the phase 2 by mistake and are not charging me the price difference. I asked about the warranty and they advised they would still honor it as though I was getting the phase 1.What kind of prices are you guys getting? I'm about ready to go pick up a loaded 2015 at 9k off in a couple days, but noticed some new 2017's are already discounted a couple grand. I wonder why the 16's haven't come down more?

Better get that in writing. People say all sorts of things.I was able to get a little over $3,000 off of msrp on gt fastback premium 6m, pp, 401a, nav, stripes, reverse sensing. So other than the fact that I've been waiting since 4/14, I feel like it was a pretty good deal.
I had to have them put it in writing previously because the verbiage even for phase 1 says only 2015 and 2016 mustang models and I didn't want to have them get off on a technicality because mine is a 2017.Better get that in writing. People say all sorts of things.
Make sure the in-writing documents the supercharger they installed. People who will propose committing a felony aren't very trustworthy.I had to have them put it in writing previously because the verbiage even for phase 1 says only 2015 and 2016 mustang models and I didn't want to have them get off on a technicality because mine is a 2017.
How they explained it to me was that in the case if something catastrophic went on, such as the oil gear failing and blowing the entire motor, Ford Motor company doesn't have a record of my car bring supercharged. They, the dealer, would just fix it under the Ford warranty and get reimbursed from Ford for parts and labor.
Nonetheless, I'll have it in writing.
Thus why I wanted it in writing. Spending nearly 50k on a new car, damn sure want to make sure I got myself covered with a warranty.Make sure the in-writing documents the supercharger they installed. People who will propose committing a felony aren't very trustworthy.
And Ford often sends someone to inspect a major failure before authorizing repair.
I would not count on them actually coming thru and replacing an engine and defrauding Ford or on their own dime. There are so many outs for them if you ever took them to court for not fixing things. You being on record that you knew they were going to defraud Ford into paying for repairs doesn't help your position.
