I took delivery of my GT Prem Convertible in Lightning Blue with PP and Ceramic interior on Thursday. It's downright gorgeous. I'll post some pictures when I get home from work. The ceramic really works well with the color in my opinion.

Confirmed car was built on Thursday.. Dealer is 10 miles away from plant and represenative on Ford.com's live chat says it won't be here until Friday.... The wait is KILLING ME! Worst part is my drive home from work causes me to pass within 5 miles of the plant.. They should let me grab it...

I second that about the delivery fee... I live 20 minutes from the plant.. Still charged the $900 delivery fee.... That's some shit right there.

Build date was today! talked to the dealer yesterday and they said it might be in by tomorrow. Sent a message to FordService early this morning but no reply yet! The excitement can't be contained.. Dreamed of this day for a while, finally getting my first Mustang!

Wow this makes me happy. I'm a solid 35 minutes from the plant. Build date is Thursday. Would be awesome if I saw it by Friday! I'm expecting Monday or Tuesday though.

I will agree the color looks much different between pictures, the configurator, and in person. The configurator color is much darker than in reality. I've seen a few escapes and a manufacturer's plate Fusion Sport in the last few days with the same color.

Received my window sticker this morning! Build date seems to have moved from the 22nd to the 23rd. I was originally "Dealer Order" as I was the first at my dealership to have ordered a 2017. My window sticker specifies "Special Order." Is that what all window stickers say or did my order get...
