So I bought a used 2017 mustang GT premium this weekend! Yay! I bought it from a dodge dealership and there is an issue with sync telling me usb is not functioning .... the kicker is there is no usb inserted .... I have pulled the battery off for 10 minutes and even master reset sync still constantly says the same thing ..... I am at a loss for what to do. It flashes up every 3 minutes of so weather driving or not. On nav or on radio. I called the dodge dealership and they said sorry you bought it as is.... I also went to remove the sync fuse but it both the cover for the fuse was missing as well as the fuse puller telling me the dealership or original owner had already tried that. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

Sounds obvious, but I'd make that issue known to your closest Ford dealer, so they can repair it. Could be the USB port itself (saw that one on my old DD Lexus). Could also Bluetooth in...

2017 should still be under Ford warranty.

you have 3 years warranty on it, dodge wont touch it, take it to ford you're covered 100% dont play with fuses or such, ford will take care of it
