2017 ESP Warranty

Just a PSA that you can still get a Ford Warranty (ESP) for a 2017. I’ve seen a lot of misinformation from the Facebook groups I am in saying they are no longer available.

I just went through Granger Ford and got a premium care 4yr/24k mile warranty for $2,925 ($580 down payment, $130 for 18 months). They sent an inspector to my house and he checked out the car (took photos outside, underneath, engine bay) we took it for a 5 mile spin, and he said it passed everything. Within the same day Ford sent the paperwork over and I’m good to go

Interesting. I take it you weren’t currently under the factory warranty or an existing ESP?

Correct, I just bought the car and it is out of factory warranty and had no existing ESP.
They sell Premium Care and Extra care and you choose your deductible + years/miles covered. Lombard no longer sells for certain year GT350s (2018+), but both Granger and Zeigler will cover any year.

Yeah I got my ESP plan for my 2017 from Granger as well. There are a lot of dealerships out there that will "not* offer the ESP for older years and maybe that's where some of the misinformation comes from.

This is great to know. I currently have an ESP through Lombard that expires in May. Have been thinking if I want to continue coverage

Seconding this. I just bought from Grainger as well. 3 year 24k for something like $3,000. I had a UVIC done at a dealership so they didnt even need to send out an inspector. I believe Ziegler would have sold me one as well.
