The dealers have the Xplan pricing available. Basically the same as the 2015's but the delivery charge has slightly gone up

I was told the same thing. 2015 and 2016 same MSRP, possible slight raise in destination and delivery of about $50...

I just used the X-plan on a 2016 model and the destination/delivery fee was $900.
