Sounds like a really nice setup. 3.55's will be sweet. The 3.73's in mine are a little too steep with the manual in town. 1st and 2nd are gone right now. Make a left turn, and I'm in 3rd before the car gets straightened out. 3rd, 4th, and 5th are FUN on the highway though.

Are you sure the dealer will be open that Saturday? If so, there will be probably be a lot of pissed off employees there that day (except your saleZman). They don't get paid until the paperwork's done. And don't forget a few pics!

Thanm you! Yeah they are open both X-mas eve and the Sat. after, so there is a chance I could have it for X-mas. Either way I will be happy as long as there isnt any damage or panel misalignment...

Hope it's that Thursday for sure! If Saturday, be nice to everybody at the dealer except the saleZman and the saleZ manager. They WANT to be there! Be especially nice to the service department... don't want to burn any bridges. ;) And don't worry about pics right away... man JUST DRIVE IT!

Panel alignment shouldn't be an issue. Took 'em a year, but they got it right finally. Haven't heard of any back window problems with the 16's either. My panel alignment, fit and finish was A1 for a "cheap" mass produced car.

I just finished my "manual" problem. Installed a MGW shifter today, one of the new "compact" designs (I guess "REVISION 2"? ). Wow! What a difference. I'm a happy camper now. 3 things I wasn't happy with on the new one: hood prop rod (now RedLine Tuning struts), 2 piece clunky driveshaft (now DSS Aluminum), and finally the sh!tty shifter (MGW). Only thing I'm having trouble with is getting it into reverse. Got used to pulling up the collar, the MGW is just push down the stick and to the left. Pronounced: "operator error".

Haven't slammed it yet, but WOW! Somewhat shorter throws, but NO notchiness in any gear, smooth as butter. Gate from side-to-side is noticeably narrower, which is great. One of these belongs in a museum... it IS a real work of engineering and art. Don't want to hijack the thread... will post more tomorrow here:

My 2016 GT/CS arrived at the dealership today. Ordered in early September. My appreciation goes to Deysha at Ford service for all the help she gave me. I am going to the dealership tomorrow to see the Mustang................:ford:

Car arrived at the dealer yesterday and after a one hour inspection all looks great. Will be picking up the car on Friday and the weather is forecasted to be in the 60's this coming weekend. Will post once delivery is completed. :ford::cheers:

The only reason im concerned right now is because if my vin number doesnt come in be 12/17 i will lose my loan that i got from my bank and have to reapply which could hurt my credit score.

I ordered on June 12th and knew it wasn't coming for a LONG time. I actually waited until I got my VIN before getting the loan to avoid having to apply the second time. Sure hope you get in under the wire!

You won't have your new ride before Christmas, but you can still buy it some "presents". Make a list, check it twice!

I didnt realize that the VIN number didnt come in really quick until after i had already ordered. :( Hopefully it doesnt hurt my credit score if i have to reapply. Ive seen where some people get their VIN number after a couple of weeks though.
