Yeah, i HATE car payments....
with x-plan i feel comfy enough to just get it done in 1 shot and not have to worry about it...
The only car i pay is for my wife, since its a lease...
i tried telling her "its a trap", but she like the idea of getting a brand new shiny car every 2.5 years.... so sadly gota pay that car lease....

Yeah I have a friend who leases, they plan to trade in their car frequently and have accepted always having a payment. I have been throwing around the idea of getting a F150 to replace my Ranger for my bad weather vehicle. But, I may wait until next year so I can save a bit more for that.

Ford cant find my order

Hello all,

Im new to the forums but... I placed my order for my 2016 ebp and when i try to track it on cotus it says nothing can be found. I "placed" the order a month ago today and still nothing. I am suspecting that the dealership never sent the order in....

Anyone else go through this?

No 2016 orders will show on Cotus until the first week of Sept. the earliest. If it was a "stock" order, contact Deysha by PM and she can track it down for you. You can locate what kind of "order" it is on your DORA.

Welcome, and congrats! If it was a retail order, it won't be in the system until September 3rd. There are more than a few threads about ordering, just do a "COTUS" search. Retail builds won't be built before Labor Day. That's the bad news... the good news is that retail orders can still be changed... changed my color today.

To confirm that the dealer DID order the car, send a private message to Ford "FordSerivce" (Deysha) in this thread. She'll need the order number, dealer number or name and your last name. Gone for the weekend, but she'll message you back on Monday.

Be Patient -good things are worth waiting for!

That IS a nice color! Shame colors are still limited. Sure would like another Kona Blue. Thought they might have it for 2016 again on the Mustang... wrong! Probably because it was a 50th Anniversary color. Part of why I kept from ordering a 2015. Will be available on the Focus/Fiesta for 2016. BUT...by waiting, I'll have fender mounted turn signals. :doh:

Mine is a retail order for a GT350 and so far the build date is still scheduled for 8/31 as of yesterday when i called ford performance. they said eta as of now is sept 13-19, but to call them after its built and once its on its way they can tell me if that date has changed at all. the build date can still be moved, but so far its still on track. I cant see it in cotus either,but i can see basic stuff in etis, just the vin, etc. once its built, then it will list everything on it.
