2016 GT PP - Security System - Locks

Need some help or insight, please.
I have a 2016 GT with manual, Premium Pkg, Performance Pkg, and the 401A option package. The car seems to have developed a weird quirk recently that has me a bit baffled. When I shut off the car and unlock the doors using the button on the door, I can leave the door open for a couple minutes and then I hear a sound like all the locks are locking/unlocking. It happens all the time now and I can't figure out what it is, or how to stop it. I'm not pressing the key fob when it happens. I'm not touching anything when it happens. Any ideas what's happening? I don't think I have the Enhanced Security System (I bought it used), so I'm not sure what's up.

If you hear a loud lock sound then you most likely have the ESC package and that's the steering column lock engaging. You can check by trying to open the center console after the lock engages (also locks the console).
