Drag racers are always chasing numbers. My goal for this up coming race season is to break the mid 11 second barrier in the 15GT. Last fall it ran 11.80@116 with a 93 Lund tune, CAI, Circle D converter and 245 drag radials. This year I intend to add Long tubes, E85 tune and 305 Drag radials. Before you guys start thinking your fast. I also hope to put the 95GT into the 8s! Might have to add a second kit but the chassis and motor can handle it!;) What are your goals for the up coming season? Lets hear your builds. 4 banger guys to FI GT guys. Were all chasing a number this year!:headbang:

Hoping to get the car solidly in the 11's with the stock baby turbo, then step up to a larger unit for some mid/low 11's on the stock motor. A meth/water kit will be finding its way underhood shortly, and that should support what I want for the time being. I know I'll have to do a secondary injector system at some point to support a larger turbo though.

Shooting for mid 11's on the current set-up with FF tune and addition of intake manifold (yet to be determined - GT350 or the new Victor ll).
Then 10's with with the new PC set-up I already have.

I think you got the 11s no problem! What turbo kit are you eyeing up for more power?

I'm going to give it another go tomorrow, but it was lean popping last night during a log run, so cold air + E30 may be taxing the DI pump.

Actually thinking of the Vargas Stage 2 stock replacement turbo when it hits the market. If I decide to do one of the kits, probably MAP or FFTEC....well, unless Ron and the guys at CP-e finally drop one. I have their charge pipes and they are awesome.

I'll be happy with 425-450 hp in a daily driver, and still get decent mpg.

To actually have a car and make a pass. Fortunately I will be arriving just in time for terrible summer air.

I've gone 10.80's at 134mph with a 1.62 60ft, on 20's with catalytic converters and 93 octane. New goals are 10.50's or better at 135mph+. I plan to get an off-road H pipe, Weld drag setup, and a tune on 93 + a few gallons of MS109.
