Yes, every car built so far has been a dealer Stock order.

The first Retail orders got VINs on 9/25, they went into production on COTUS on 10/14, and have an estimated build date of 10/21, tomorrow.

1st round of Retail VINs received on 9/25 are all 5320XXX, 5321XXX, 5322XXX, 5323XXX.

2nd round of Retail VINs received on 10/16 are all 5324XXX, 5325XXX, 5326XXX.

Now I am confused! I did get an email on Saturday 10/18 from my dealer saying I have a VIN# 5323xxxxxxxx. How is that working? Should my number not start with 5324XXX, 5325XXX, 5326XXX ?

Just talked to my dealer and he said his system still shows a 10/20 build date for my car but COTUS says it is still in order processing. Anyone else in a similar situation?

I read somewhere that there is a delay 1-2 days until your car gets finally in production. :gossip:

It's only an estimation.

From all of the Stock cars I've tracked, they are 1.5 days late (on average) from hitting the estimated build date.

Yours will probably update later today... or could end up with 10/21 or 10/22.

Awesome news. I thought it would say in production 7 days in advance like the retail orders, I was starting to get worried it was gonna be really late.

Hi, Trooper. I've been slacking, info update: Got my VIN on COTUS October 14th (the day after I added the 50th Anniversary Package to my order - just made it) and my car moved into the Production column 2 days later.
Thanks for keeping tabs on all of this.

I have nothing to go by except for what I see in my stats. I could be a little off. It's possible that a VIN of 5323XXX was given during the 2nd round, but most were higher than that.

I did ask FordServiceCA and got this answer why I got my 5323xxx so late:

It depends on production. A specification keeping it on the line longer will affect the notice date without affecting the VIN sequence. ^NC

So...using my build date, 10/21 and estimated delivery date of 11/10...

Everybody with build dates from 10/20 to 10/31...gets 11/9 to 11/20 estimated delivery dates?
