Could someone give me the link to Rachel in ford service so someone might help me on my 5/20 order of my mustang. it just sits on cotus in processing.

Rachel may have more info, but unfortunately your car did not recieve a VIN last Thursday when they did the first round of scheduling.

Today and next Thursday they will not be doing any more scheduling, and they will resume giving out VINs to Retail orders on 10/16.

I know you ordered on 5/22, but a lot of people are in the same boat as you, so you'll just have to hang tight until 10/16.

They don't assign VINs based on order date. Right or wrong, it is based more on dealer allocations.

Most of the time.....my order was chumped by another order that was done two weeks after mine at the same dealership

Rachel here; you can PM at FordService. Please send your order details, including order number and dealer code.

I'll take a peek at your order. While the Ford Tracking site (Cotus) has a lot of great information, it is not always the most up-to-date. It is still a pilot program.
