How can people find out the build date? I just got my vin this morning

I also received my VIN today Earlier when I searched "currentbuilddate" it gave early November - but now it doesn't find anything :( Hopefully I didn't lose my build date!

The Window Sticker link will appear after you get a Processing Date (in the first box). The link will then take about a day to work.

Got my Vin sometime around 12 PM, Ordered on 9/10, Retail, Priority 10.

Looks like my build date is 11/2/14 at 7 AM! (PM?)

Where did you get the build date from? No way that is accurate by seaching through the source code. If so you are telling me you just ordered a couple weeks ago and I ordered on July 21st, both of us are priority 10, and we are scheduled for build the same week? No way...

Where did you get the build date from?

Go onto Www.Cotusb.Ford.com .

Track your vehicle using your VIN number.

Once you have reached the tracking page, Right click.

Select " View Page Source/View Source" .

This will bring up a 2nd tab that will have the HTML coding for the COTUS page.

Hit Control + F, Search for "Currentbuildate" .

That should do it!

Where did you get the build date from?

In the source code... that is just the Sunday of the current estimated build week.

Once we get closer, the current build date will show up (which is also the Blend Date on the window sticker).

Just to keep track, as of today, convertibles are still not showing pricing or scheduling. I have one sent in, and my order coordinator keeps me apprised every day.

They are estimates... and could change.

And yes, it is possible... it's all based on dealer allocations... not order date. I ordered on 7/26 and have a 10/26 build week.

I ordered from a normal sized dealership, (huge truck lot though!) that just changed ownership back in December. Right now their inventory shows 8 Mustangs on order (Awaiting shipment).

I ordered from a large dealer in Orlando. I'm sure they have a lot of allocations, too.

They currently have six retail orders. Only three were pulled for scheduling today.

I was #2 of the six. The other three will have to wait until next week.
