Doesn't that make you angry? I'm genuinely pissed about that.

No, what pisses me off is seeing others that ordered either on the same day, which was the first available day to order, with a higher numbered VIN or after I did and their cars are already being built and/or shipped. Mine doesn't even show a build date, even though I now know what it's supposed to be. Ironically, it's the same date as someone who ordered on the same day as me and his shows that it's been bumped ahead 10 days. I'm hoping that mine will at least be the same way. A 9/5 build week would make it more likely that I'd be able to get it by the end of the Sept or first week of Oct.Doesn't that make you angry? I'm genuinely pissed about that.
Retail orders won't be pulled to build until at least 9/9. It doesn't necessarily mean your build date will be that early, though.Does anyone have any kind of speculation on when the Retail build date will be then?
You got black, thats all that mattersI am really excited about this car, and while checking through Cotus I noticed that the dealership switched my order number with one they ordered after me. My order was retail while theirs was stock. The cars are the same except for the one they ordered was with the 50th anniversary edition. I really want that one, but i did not see the reason for buying it due to not being able to get the rims since I ordered the performance package, which come with it own rims.
When I informed my Dealer that in fact the banks where open on 5/20 and my order was submitted 5-24 I was told not to expect it until as late as December.

Wrong...I was told that individual personal orders will be the first to arrive at the dealerships. So I ordered mine that way. He even told me that I could get mine 3 weeks before the dealership gets theirs. Are some of you saying this isn't the case? I'm gonna be real pissed if this scenario is flip flopped!!

Normally this is the case EXCEPT for the first run on a new model, so for now stock orders are being built first and once the ok is given to start pulling retail orders they'll start being scheduled which is expected late Sept.I was told that individual personal orders will be the first to arrive at the dealerships. Mustang & F150 Delivery Timing Estimates
The new Mustang is in production. We expect retail order scheduling of the coupe to begin in late September with dealer arrivals in November. The convertible model will follow about 30 days later.
F150 production at Dearborn will begin in October. We estimate retail ordered vehicles will begin to arrive in February. Kansas City will begin production in Q1 2015.
