Considering the Europeans, namely, poor old us, won't be seeing the stang for another year/year and a half, you lucky, lucky People back home are going to be riding yours' light years ahead of us......... So next time anyone else feels like ripping their hair out waiting for their baby to arrive, just think what I'm going through, right now..... as I write this..... a few more months waiting and I'll be ready to eat a bullet.......

Hi everybody,

I've been following this forum very closely over the last few weeks.
Since I arrived in the US almost four years ago, I've been intrigued and attracted to the Mustang. I come from Spain, and even though I had heard about these cars in the past (who hasn't), I never had the chance to see one, let alone drive one, before moving here.

A few weeks ago I had the pleasure to drive a rented 2013 GT, and what a pleasure it was! I almost instantly fell in love with its looks, its power, the sound of the engine...I've owned sports car in the past, but the minute I drove off in this beauty, I knew there was something different about it, I knew I wanted (needed?) one!

And I thought: what better occasion than the new 2015? So there it is. I finally placed my order for a Guard GT Premium, Manual Transmission, Ceramic interior (love the contrast, although I might switch to 68B when I know a little more about it), 401A equipment package, Performance Package, and a couple of goodies (NAV, Adaptative Cruise Control, Parking Assist.).

I have to thank everyone in this forum - it's such a great source of information, and I certainly couldn't have completed the order without your help and input.

Now, the wait is going to be long, but worthwhile....

congrats on your first Mustang, it will be my first as well..... I miss Spain[emoji2] awesome place spent almost a year in the Andalucia province... Rota, Cadiz, Sevilla. wonderful people out there!
