Got my 2015 Mustang GT premium ordered on 5/24 with 401a pkg, performance pkg, enhanced security in ingot silver and ebony leather interior all for 39097 not including the rebates for Ford military appreciation or any other rebates available at time of delivery also using the x plan. 500 refundable deposit, I can't wait!! The only thing I wont able to get was the spoiler (delete) but was reassured I could get one after market available at the dealer... perhaps a saleen spoiler? The one on the 2015 is a simple raised decklid spoiler which you really can't see much of anyways

This might have been touched on somewhere - but I saw on a prem. eceboost that having the PP and 50th appearance package, there is no reduction in cost when they are both selected? You dont get the 19" wheels and tires from the 50th package when selecting the PP as well... Why does it still cost $1,595? I feel like the wheels and tires of that package are quite a chunk of it. Almost feel like its a waste and might as well just get the premium trim package.

That is right. There is no reduction on my invoice, but I wanted both. I think enough people will question this that there will be a deduction by the time the car arrives.

Any one know of an official place too make a request like that? Maybe they just haven't realized there should be a credit.

Send out a tweet to Ford Mustang and Scott Monty (Global Digital & Multimedia Communications Manager at Ford). I tweeted regarding wheel choice on Performance Pack (EB) and they responded that they will pass the feedback to Team Mustang.

I'm about to cry! I jumped gun thinking they would be gone quickly. Dealer sold to me the LE for 56,995. 10k over MSRP. Then i look on this site and everyone is getting it almost right at MSRP. Even though my order has not gone through to ford yet I dont think i'll be able to renegotiate a more reasonable price. Not to mention the 5K down I put on it I wont get back. :(((((

Most respectable dealers will give you your money back... It is not in a build phase yet, Negotiate it better or find a better dealer or salesperson.

You ALWAYS ask any down payments for orders I.E. minimums... its usually 500 bucks, work your price. Get those quoted first, NEVER mention how much you are putting down because either way when it IS ordered you are guarranteed at that point. besides, down payments should be taken care of at time of delivery when you are actually buying and setting up the finance options... Shelling up 5k upfront just cues the salesperson that you have money and a greedy one will take advantage of that.

Just ordered a my Deep Impact Blue Ecoboost Premium Mustang (201A). I've been waiting 20 years to do this. I can't wait...but I have to. Automatic, Enhanced Security Packaged, Performance Package, 50th Anniversary Appearance Package,Adaptive Cruise Control, and Navigation. Loaded with everything except the Reverse Park Assist. That seems redundant with the back camera.

Contrats on your new Mustang! Finally!!!

I've got you beat waiting - I've been waiting 30 years, but we have the exact taste in cars (except for color, mine is ruby red). 129 days and counting till delivery (plus or minus a month).

The dealer I ordered my car from told me the ONE LE they have allotted is going for $20K over invoice. They have a buyer already.

Done. Let's see if I get a reply, or if I'm just :frusty:

That is just good business. If a dealership only gets one, why not bring it to the lot and have everyone drool over it for a while. If that doesn't bring an initial bidding war, and no one bites on the +20K, then the dealer can always lower the price to MSRP later. IMHO

I feel SOOOOOOO much better but I'm going to go back and see if i can get my price reduced... My dealership said they were only getting two and claimed there were 16 other people in line after me.
