You should have reviewed the DORA when you ordered it since it has the complete printout of what you ordered... I understand that it was the dealers fault but you should have reviewed your order... as far as the car is concerned.... you sold it... which brought you to having to rent a car and possibilities of the car even coming in late...can't blame Ford on that one.... hopefully your dealer will work something out or even give you a loaner but in all honesty, they really don't have to since you did sell your own car...... try the loaner part... that will save you some money thoughI ordered a 2015 Mustang on September 4th and the car was delivered yesterday. Problem is...they ordered a manual and I requested an automatic. I am furious. I waited 12 weeks! They apologized for the error and ordered another one priority. This one is scheduled to build in December and be delivered by Christmas. I have been renting vehicles since September, which can be costly. Now I have to pay an extra $800 for a rental while I wait for another build to complete. The dealer refuses to compensate me for their error. What would you do?
