2015 GT steering wheel locking up on startup?

When I start the car for like 2-3 minutes the steering feels like it has no power steering super hard to turn like fighting a bull then all of the sudden it comes back. Anybody else have same issue or might know the issue? Just rolled 104k on the car too wondering if it’s wear n tear with an electrical component?

Well, it does have electric power steering so it's definitely possible.
I'd suggest hooking it to a scan tool that can access the individual modules, preferably one that can see live data, and see if anything unusual shows up.
