I had the misfires happen after changing the clutch to the McLeod one. I thought it was the gas at first too... It happened quite a bit. Turned out that after the clutch install, they have to recalibrate the flywheel or something.

Once they finished the recalibration, the car has been perfect since.

Sorry guys had a family emergency let me read through all these responses.
For the axle seals leaking I'll post a pic when I get my computer its not a serious leak but its deffently losing some diff fluid you can see where it has run down both sides of the differential from the axle seals.
And 5th gear grinding let's say I downshift quickly 6th to 5th or if im running through the gears (yes getting on It 0-120) fifth gear will be the only one to grind. If I downshift from 6th to 4th no grinding. And fordtech please don't come on here trolling oh yeah operator error. I have 39000 miles on the gt and probably over a million miles on other manuals from 4 speeds to 18 speeds it's definitely not operator error. Yes my car is stock exception of the cat-back exhaust.
I'm just trying to find out if anybody else is having these problems or am I the first. It took me a month to get my leather seat replaced the dealer tried to give every excuse, It just seems like every time I take it in they just keep trying to push it off?

Hi Terminator. I've got my leather chair re-cushioned with the help of Deysha here at the forums. While my dealership was investigating the solution Ford HQ/regional customer manager was already communicating with them on the solution. Luckily It only took a week or so for a response and a decision. They went ahead and got my drivers seat tighter and plump with the re-cushioning. If you ever get a hassle to prove a warranty issue try to involve the good folks here on the forum to contact a regional manager. My two cents. Good luck!
