First off I understand how the automotive world works, the service rep and manager told me that Ford backs the wheel and tire warranty and that they wouldn't approve a swap. Second the AC I was speaking of is the seats, the drivers side doesn't get nearly as cold as my passenger seat. And yes I do blame Ford because for a 6k mile car they're shouldn't be this much wrong w it. And also Ford should maybe car a little more about what happens to their customers after we buy cars, I've owned 9 Ford vehicles including 3 prior stangs and I have had issues but not this many so soon after purchasing. I call BS

My car has 6k miles on the clock and has seen triple digit speeds. Zero problems.

Just wondering if I got the worst of the bunch. I just dropped my car off for the following;

Back-up camera screens black
Squeaky brakes
Passenger seat release on the back of the front seat won't flip the seat forward
Hood shakes like a dying fish above triple digit speads
Shuddering when braking from high speeds
AC seats that barely get cool
Oh and a dealership that's full of sh!t, I purchased wheel/tire insurance and I have several small rock chips on the wheels and they're trying to say its my fault, I have never parallel parked my car so it's never been near a curb

oh and she only has 6k miles

I dropped some serious coin on a fully loaded car, bought the extra service packs from the dealer and this now happens, seriously considering trading it and never looking back at Ford again.
Just wait till the car gets a bit more mileage on her. I'm at a little under 17k and it feels like the whole car is coming loose. JK Lol.

Back-up camera screens black - Got it. Happened twice now.

Passenger seat release on the back of the front seat won't flip the seat forward - Got it. Wait till your driver's seat gets lazy and won't move forward when you press the button. :headbonk:

Hood shakes like a dying fish above triple digit speads - Got it. :tsk:

Oh and a dealership that's full of sh!t - Thankfully I don't have this issue. My local dealer is awesome and because of them, I keep on keepin' on with this car.

Besides, I bought it for the motor. If I wanted refinement, I could've stuck to my G37 sedan. This car's a brute and when you put the little flaws aside, it does what it was designed to do very well. :ford:
I wonder if any of you guys have had issues with your circular air vents? 2 out of the 3 center air vents on my car have broken in the exact same spot.. little clip on the right side bottom fin.. sucks.
Okay, guys! Let’s get these concerns escalated for you. Please, PM me with your VIN, dealer, mileage, full name, best daytime number, and dealership comments from when you brought your vehicle in for diagnosis.

If you have not brought your vehicle in to your Ford Dealer for diagnosis, please make an appointment as soon as possible and then send me the above info requested.

Yours must be defective. Mine only does this when I do quadruple digit speeds, I think the aero isn't good enough. I hear a loud bang when going somewhere north of 700mph.
This made me actually laugh out loud.

What's the deal with this? My seat back lever has never worked. I wasn't even convinced that's what it was for until I've read multiple people saying the same thing.

Does anyone's seat back lever WORK?

I have not experienced any of the issues and concerns you have described.

However, I have used my wheel and tire protection policies in the past.
The chip repair/refinishing claim is processed through the policy provider and the work is performed by the local wheel repair technician used by the dealer.

There no "fault" or blame to be placed on you by the dealer and it should not matter to them how the chips (or any other wheel damage) occurred...they just need to process the claim and call the wheel tech.

That's what you purchased the damage policy for in the first place.

If this dealership's response and resolutions are not satisfactory...seek out one that values true customer service and satisfaction.

Apparently, you also don't understand how climate controlled seats operate. "Cooled" seats are not "A/C" seats, they are completely different systems. All the cooled seats do is use a Peltier device (or Thermoelectric Device; "TED") to cool the air flowing through the cushions. Under ideal conditions, the highest temperature drop is 14 degrees; with high heat/high humidity, the temperature drop will be less.
