Yep removing cats adds a ton of rasp especially on stock headers. Adding two dynomax bullets as mid mufflers/resonators will kill all the rasp without you spending a fortune on a new axle back or catback. About $90 plus paying a shop to weld them up.

I would guess the deletes gave me a round 20-25 rwhp

I picked up 54 rwhp between the deletes and the Holley Sniper.

Long Tube Headers are worth about 8-10 whp over just the deletes on a lightly bolted and tuned NA car and more on forced induction cars and extreme NA builds. To me though the main reason to do long tubes is sound!
