Great news, so a fix for the trans and diff is finally out and wil only cost tech/base owners $650 which will include the pump , hoses, brackets, radiator, install and a full unlimited mileage warranty .

Ok.. My Friends, I will repost this important message in simple English! IF you purchased a 2015 or 2016 Shelby gt 350 and the dealer ordered without the TRACK PACKAGE option ( $ 6500) There's a very strong chance your Transmission ( TREMEC -TR 3160 ) will overheat. Especially when put under Track like conditions .... I was warned of this almost three months ago from a person who most certainly knows ... and that it can freeze up ... and there is no WARRANTY. Further ? See your Dealer

If the transmission fails in the warranty timeline, and you have not modified the powertrain then it is covered under the designated powertrain warranty.

There is small print disclaimers as to miss use and FPP parts are non warrantied I can only believe the Performance Group guys will do all possible to correct this . Their at the top of their game right now and deticated! Don't forget Edsels at the Helm... he's the nicest guy you can know

The stock Tech pack transmission is NOT a FP (Ford Performance) part. There is still a debate with the new replacement transmission with the pump offered from FP wether it comes with a warranty or not. Not sure if this is what you're referring to.

When I spoke with the Performance Group... and the Contact there openly and clearly varified what I had been made aware of 3 months prior .... He had know access as to how it will be made available $$ wise or not ! Only that he was on the project team to make coolers and they were six weeks out! I don't know what will come to be with this and I'm not affected by it . It's not my business ... I just have always done what I can for fellow Auto/ Racing Enthusiasts

I think it's safe to say that English is not Turbodurbo's 1st language.

That doesn't excuse dropping the same info that we discussed months ago, like it was just discovered by him.

It also seems that he doesn't even understand the info enough to accurately pass it on to us. Not understanding what has a warranty and what doesn't.
