That's a pretty car! Props to the owner for the restraint. Obviously meant to be an investment but he needs to hold it longer, like another 20 years, if he wants to get premium money for it. Even pristine with 6 miles KBB tops it at under $28k.
Then again Google turns up a black 07 with 1000 miles that ran through Barret-Jackson in 2015 and sold for $49k+. Maybe the owner should try that rather than craigslist..

I hate seeing cars treated like that. They were designed to be driven. DRIVE THEM. Store them when you're to old to have fun in them anymore and don't want to break the emotional attachment.

Only way my Bullitt will be a garage queen is if I can no longer daily a manual anymore. The idea of buying a performance car to ONLY store it just boggles my mind. The fact he likely bough this for close to 50K, did nothing with it for 13yrs then now selling it for probably similar to what he paid is just sad. It would have been a better investment to have bought stocks, or even had a crappy 0.30% IRA.

In 20+ years this will be a neat survivor. But if I were to get that car, I'd be driving it. I don't put many miles on cars because of very short commute, but I'd have more than 6 miles on a vehicle if I purchased something new 13 years ago. I travel about 6k miles/year in my personal vehicles. I'd probably have about 25k miles on that by now, using it as a secondary vehicle.

I dig it. It will give someone with disposable income to chance to buy a time capsule 13 year old car.

I was in my 00 GT with around 100k at that point getting into the modification game. Remember seeing the “new” GT500 at Mustang Week of that year and thinking it was the baddest MF around.
