Debating on whether this would even be possible on a standard GT vs GT350/R.

19x11.5 ET56 wheels with 305/30 all the way around. Car has GT350R springs and FP Struts. Thoughts?

major poke up front in particular. 11et24 is not unheard of but you'd be looking at around 11.5et18 to clear the suspension.

Whats the point if you’re only running a 305/30 tire? Square 11 works well for a tire that wide.

11.5 ET56 with a properly thick ?30mm? spacer might clear the stock struts, but the wider front GT350 fenders would really help here or you may have fit issues on the outside fender side. I don't think it would quite safely clear the strut with a 'normal' 1"/25mm spacer. You'd definitely need camber plates to pull this off.

Another route is to get some $$$$ offset struts to get inner strut clearance for a wheel that wide with stock GT fenders.

The rear fit would be ok.

They make fancy tire offset jigs to test this kind of blue sky fitment.. if you're wanting to play this close to the limits, you might invest in one of those before you go spending money on wheels that might not work.

Here’s my .2 cents from my own personal experience. I have a 2020 pp1 car. I bought the SVE wheels 20x11 50et all around I wrapped them In Dunlop’s 305/30/20 all around and then had H&R springs installed with Steeda camber bolts. In the rears they sat perfect, fronts wouldn’t fit with a 20mm spacer was hitting strut. Put a 25mm spacer and it fit and poked but was hitting the fender terribly on bumps and just normal driving. Bought two 285/30/20 Dunlop’s for the front and dropped back down to a 20mm spacer and all is well and fine. My takeaway from this is if I had the wider fenders of the GT350 I probably could have gotten away with 305 squares with my level of drop. Or with stock ride height again it would have worked. So if you have a mild drop as opposed to my 1.6 f and 1.7 r (I think it’s a hair more than advertised) it would probably work but you’d need at least 25-30mm spacer up front is my guess.
