Hopefully picking up a set of SVE350 Rims (USED) this week for my 19' GT that are sized 19x10/19x11. The current tires on them are thrashed and are definitely not safe to ride on just yet. This is my first time tire shopping and kind of having some trouble figuring out what i want to get and would like to get some advice. Ive read something like a 275/35/R19 + a 305/35/R19 in that tire range are ideal.

I also drive the car casually 9 times out of 10 when I drive. Don't really need a crazy setup just something that will have a nice fitment and help me hook since my GT came with the 235/18s all around and those are just god awful. I greatly appreciate any feedback that is given

I just got the Continental Sport 02s in 295/35/19 front and 305/35/19 rear. Extremely happy with them. 19x10.5 front and 19x11 rear wheels. So you could go 285/35 front and 305/35 rear with those wheels.

I agree ^^. 285/35 and 305/35 would be a really nice fit. 275 front is good too, but bigger is always better right? :) Being in Florida, the Continental ECS 02 summer tires would probably be a good choice, but the DWS 06 plus are nice too as an all season option in case of cold or extremely rainy weather

275, 285 or 295 up front, 305 or 315 in the rear is a good setup. Will depend on the tire somewhat, some run a little narrower.

Are any of you guys who run 315's in the rear having any issues rubbing? I'm lowered about an inch in the rear and run a 305 with no rubbing, but in the future, if they don't rub, I might wanna step it up a little bit.

I think 285/35 is a better option up front on 19x10 because in addition to being slightly wider, the diameter is closer to stock sizes.

285/35 Front and 305/35 rear. I bought them used from a local guy who bought them from LMR. These are the SVE 355 wheels, but sizing and offset are the same. Nitto 555 G2's.

I'm currently a 305/35/20 on my daily tires and 305/45/17 (I think) on my drag radials.
Got it. 315/35/20 is going to be a pretty tall tire so you might get some rubbing, depends on how much clearance you have with the 305/35. Going up to 315/35 picks up another 0.3” in tire diameter. Other option would be to drop to 315/30/20, that reduces your tire diameter by an inch, so you should have plenty of clearance

I run 315 30 19 on my rear. Factory size for the Mach 1 HP. No issues whatsoever... 35 tall might be a bit much.

Go to LMR and look at the wheel and tire packages they have for that size … 285/35/19 for the 19x10 and they have a 305/35 and a 325/30 for the 19x11
