The stock PP rims come with 21mm acorn nuts, most aftermarket rims use 19mm acorn nuts. While the heads are obviously different, does anyone know whether the acorn end of the nut is different? If not is there any reason why you couldn't use the 19mm nuts on the stock PP rims?

Thanks,

I did not realize that the seat is different. Presumably, if the seat is different you need the proper nut. So I should not use the 19mm on PP wheels?

The 19mm hex aftermarket bulge lugs are slightly smaller in diameter at the bulge than the OE lugs. It's like 0.92" & 1.0"

Acorn and Bulge both use the same seat (60 degree) You can run either on the OE Wheels. The smaller hex just allows the socket to fit in tighter recesses on some aftermarket wheels. You are good to use them.

The OEM at top, 14mm left and 1/2" right. The effective part of the seat is the same on all of them.
