Unless you have crashed, I think it’s more likely you compressed the middle piece a little during cleaning which releases the clip and then it will rattle out with use.

I lost mine and I’ve posted the part number a few times - if you search my name and ‘clip’ (or something similar) you will probably find my post with it on (and save me a job)

Yeah, when I put those back in, I use the flat edge of my plastic body pry tool to push the center part back in place, but also not to over-depress it. They are kind of a silly design.

The upper one is recessed into the liner quite a bit, and so that is probably why they use that design, since the recess area is pretty narrow to use a regular pry tool (ie to get it out).

The air duct is there, it’s the wheel liner that is broken and missing a piece

I was walking back to my car earlier when I noticed on the passenger side, my wheel well lining looked loose. The first pic is my driver side to show how it should look, the 2nd pic is what’s missing. Does anyone know where I can find this little piece and specific clip for it? Mine fell out too. I just went to car shop and bought a packet of them cheap enough.
Push them in.
